Resumen

The article demonstrates the relationship between the organizational system and the academic management of the UNMSM 2023 administration. These results show a degree of significance of 0.001. what is evident is the relationship between the organizational system and academic management and administrative staff. Conclusion: The failure of a strategic plan creates a risk for the continuity of the schedule, just as the failure of the business lines creates uncertainty among the colaboradores, there is less productivity and failure to compromise with the university, which is necessary to be planned and updated periodically.
